These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and orders submitted through ModestForm. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information supplied is accurate, that the customer can legally enter the transaction, and that the displayed product, price, delivery information, and linked policies have been reviewed.
Products and Availability
Products are offered while published and in stock. We take reasonable care with photographs, measurements, materials, finishes, and features, but screens can reproduce color differently and natural surfaces can vary. Customers should confirm dimensions, installation needs, battery requirements, and intended placement before ordering. We may correct an obvious description, availability, or pricing error before accepting an order.
Price, Tax, and Delivery at Checkout
The currency and product price appear on the website. Any applicable tax, delivery charge, discount, or other fee is shown before submission when the checkout can calculate it. A delivery destination is supported only when an actual shipping method appears after the address is entered. We do not promise free shipping, a fixed rate, or a delivery time unless that information is displayed for the order.
Payment and Order Submission
Only payment methods displayed in the current checkout session are available. By submitting the order, the customer authorizes the final displayed total and confirms authority to use the selected payment method. An automated Order Confirmation acknowledges receipt; unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the sale is accepted when dispatch is confirmed or we otherwise expressly accept it.
When an Order Cannot Proceed
We may decline or cancel an order when stock is unavailable, a material listing or price error is identified, payment authorization fails, suspected fraud or misuse requires action, no shipping method supports the address, or law prevents fulfillment. Any amount already captured for a declined order will be returned to the original payment method as required.
Cancellation, Returns, and Product Concerns
Send a cancellation request through Contact Us as soon as possible. We will try to act before packing or dispatch, but cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. The Returns & Refunds policy explains the request window and condition requirements. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Responsible Use and Store Content
Users must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent transactions, or copy site content at scale without permission. Text, photography, graphics, logos, layout, and software are owned by or licensed to the store and may be used only for personal shopping unless the law or written permission allows otherwise.
Privacy, Complaints, and Disputes
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal information and browser storage are handled. Contact office@modestform.com first with an order or service complaint so it can be reviewed. Customers retain access to regulators, courts, and other remedies available under applicable law.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Mandatory protections that apply to a customer remain unaffected. We may revise these terms for operational or legal reasons and will update the effective date; the version in effect when an order is submitted normally continues to govern that order unless the law requires another result.
