Effective August 28, 2026
This policy explains how ModestForm uses cookies and comparable browser storage while visitors browse, sign in, keep a cart, move through checkout, or use account and support features.
Storage Needed for Core Store Functions
Essential technologies can maintain a secure session, remember cart contents, support checkout and account access, balance traffic, reduce fraud, and retain a requested display or language preference. Blocking these technologies can prevent the cart, login, checkout, payment, or security features from working correctly.
Optional Categories
If enabled, preference tools can remember nonessential choices, analytics can measure performance and aggregate usage, and marketing tools can measure campaigns or tailor promotions. Optional technologies are used only when configured and permitted by the consent rules that apply to the visitor. The absence of a category in a consent tool means it is not offered through that control.
Browser and On-Site Choices
Visitors can use any consent control made available on the website and can remove or block storage in browser settings. A choice may need to be repeated on each device or browser. Deleting cookies can sign a customer out, empty session-based preferences, or require a new consent choice.
Services Run by Other Providers
Payment, fraud-prevention, hosting, security, delivery, embedded-content, analytics, or advertising providers may set or read their own technologies when their services are active. Their notices describe their processing and controls. This website does not claim that an optional provider is active merely because it could be integrated.
Questions and Policy Changes
Send cookie or privacy questions to office@modestform.com. We may update this explanation when technology, providers, or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date. When law requires a new notice or renewed consent before an optional technology is used, that step will be presented.
