Order Tracking

Check the Latest Store Status

Enter the order information below to view the most recent status available in the store. Processing can cover payment review, stock allocation, picking, packing, or preparation for a carrier. A status is not a delivery guarantee.

Look Up an Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.


After a Shipment Is Recorded

When tracking is available, the dispatch message identifies the carrier and tracking reference. A carrier may need up to 48 hours after dispatch to publish the first scan. If the estimated window shown for the order has passed without a useful update, contact office@modestform.com with the order number and tracking reference.

Protect Order Information

Only use the account area, the tracking form on this page, or the support address displayed by the current site. Customer Support will not ask for a full payment-card number, password, or one-time security code to locate an order.
